Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Paris (France) and Lisbon (Portugal).

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We work with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We will provide you with the tracking details of your order by email as soon as it has been shipped.

What are the shipping times and costs?

At this time, Elleme offers free express shipping on all orders. Please allow us 3 business days to ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped internationally: 3-6 business days, excluding customs clearance. Orders shipped domestically: 2 days. We work primarily with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We will provide you with tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer free shipping worldwide. At checkout, you will be able to enter your shipping address.

Is my package insured and what carrier is used?

Elleme insures each purchase during transit time until it is delivered to you. Orders may require a signature upon delivery, in which case you are responsible for the shipment.

Can I ship my order to a country other than my billing address?

It is possible to ship your order to a different country than your billing address. Please provide all shipping information at checkout.

How are taxes and duties calculated and applied?

Items in your order that are to be shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties and fees set by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import charges. In the United States, there are no duties and taxes for all orders under 800 USD.
