RETURN

OUR POLICY

    • Holiday Extended Returns: Purchases made between November 19 and December 22, 2025 may be returned until January 15, 2026.

    • Clients may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned bags should be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the return waybill.
    • We accept returns on bags that are unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original box and packaging.
    • Please note: All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by our Customer Care team to ensure secure handling and proper tracking.
    • To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact customercare@elleme.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our Customer Care specialists will be pleased to guide you, including any applicable price adjustments.
    • All Elleme bags are protected by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. Should you experience any concerns with your bag, our team will be here to support you.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • When initiating a return, the return postage fee will be deducted from your refund, based on your location and the number of bags returned.
  • We accept returns on bags that are unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original box and packaging.

Return shipping cost standard (per bag):


Europe (UK, Norway and Switzerland included) - 15 € per bag
Asia, Middle East & North America – 20 € per bag
Africa, Oceania & South America – 25 € per bag

Please note: If you decide to keep any of the items from your order, the return shipping fee will be waived entirely. The fee applies only if all items from the order are returned.

If your location is not listed above, our Customer Care team will be pleased to provide the applicable return shipping fee. You may contact them at customercare@elleme.com.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • For returns, the postage fee applicable to your location will be deducted from the refund amount. Our Customer Care team will provide full guidance on each step of the return or exchange process and ensure a smooth experience.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive a damaged bag or notice a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at customercare@elleme.com so we may assist you as promptly as possible.

All Elleme bags are protected by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
