Holiday Extended Returns: Purchases made between November 19 and December 22, 2025 may be returned until January 15, 2026.
- Clients may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned bags should be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the return waybill.
- We accept returns on bags that are unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original box and packaging.
- Please note: All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by our Customer Care team to ensure secure handling and proper tracking.

- All Elleme bags are protected by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. Should you experience any concerns with your bag, our team will be here to support you.
