Returns

OUR POLICY

We accept refunds on all of our items. If you would like to make an exchange, you can return your order to be refunded and place a new order in our online shop. You have 15 days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags in place and accompanied by the delivery note that was enclosed with your parcel. Please contact customercare@elleme.com to arrange a return, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

RETURN SHIPPING

We offer free returns to all orders delivered to the EU and the US. Our customer care team will assist you, and a dedicated return address in Paris or New York will be communicated to you. For all other countries, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the returned products and we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your product being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed for the full amount paid for the products, within 7 business days of Elleme receiving the returned products. We require that the products must not have been used, and returned in original condition. We will refund your purchase through the same method used for payment (Paypal or credit card)

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@elleme.com so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
