OUR POLICY

    • You have a 14-day window to request a refund or exchange upon receipt of your order.
    • The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags intact and accompanied by the delivery note enclosed in your parcel.
    • A deduction for the return postage cost based on your location will be applied to your refund if you decide to return an item.

  • IMPORTANT! Elleme only accepts returns shipped with the return labels provided by our customer service team.
  • Our customer service specialists will assist you with any exchanges, and the price difference will be handled accordingly.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customercare@elleme.com and provide your order number and the reason for your request.
  • Please kindly note that our products are covered by a one-year warranty, which begins upon delivery.

REFUNDS

  • The refund process will take up to 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@elleme.com so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
