DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Elleme offers free shipping worldwide. All orders placed will be shipped within 5 working days from your order date. You will be able to track the journey of your order once it has been shipped.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email customercare@elleme.com .

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped to the USA, UK, Japan, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Norway, all duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes upon delivery. Elleme covers all such charges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

For orders shipped to other countries, additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply, and you may need to cover these costs upon delivery.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

Once your order is placed we are unable to change the shipping address. We offer you the possibility to create several shipping addresses within your account. When submitting your order you may select the address where you would like the order to be delivered.
