Is there a warranty on my products?

All our products are guaranteed 1 year for manufacturing defect, please contact us at customercare@elleme.com for assistance. 

Do I need to pay for the repair?

All our products are guaranteed 1 year for manufacturing defect, which means that all costs of repair and shipment are on us. For products purchased on elleme.com or from one of our boutiques that are out of warranty, we would be happy to verify repairability and possible costs. For us to do so, please send an email to customercare@elleme.com.

MY Elleme PRODUCT IS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY, CAN I STILL SEND IT TO YOU FOR REPAIR?

For products purchased on elleme.com or from one of our boutiques that are out of warranty, we would be happy to verify repairability and possible costs. For us to do so, please send an email to customercare@elleme.com.

How long does it take for the repair?

Depending on the type of product and repair required, the repair process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Our repair facility is located in Italy.

I PURCHASED MY elleme PRODUCT FROM A THIRD PARTY THAT IS NOT ON YOUR STOCKIST LIST, CAN I SEND IT TO YOU FOR REPAIR?

All our products puchased on elleme.com or from one of our stockists are guaranteed 1 year for manufacturing defect, which means that all costs of repair and shipment are covered by us. For products that are outside the warranty period, we are happy to check the reparability and possible costs. Please send us an e-mail to customercare@elleme.com.
