HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered,and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes, dust bags, garment bags,and hangers with your return.
2. To initiate your return, you can fill out the form in our website or contact us at customercare@elleme.com
3. Please indicate your order number, which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
4. Once you receive our return label by email, place the item inside the packaging and attach your return label to the outside of the package.
5. Feel free to drop-off your parcel at your nearest FedEx drop-off point. Should you wish to book a pick-up, please let us know your preferred pick-up time.
6. Once we have received the returned item(s), an email confirmation will be sent to you.
7. Your refund will be processed within 14 days, to your original payment method.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

6. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will ship the exchanged item.

I CANNOT FIND A RETURN LABEL IN MY BOX, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our customer care team at customercare@elleme.com, indicating your order number and reason for return. We will provide you the pre-paid waybill via e-mail.

Do I need to pay taxes and duties for the return?

For all returns, there will not be any taxes or duties applicable.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed. Please allow us up to 14 working days for your refund to be issued back to the payment method used for your purchase.
