- You have a 14-day window to request a refund or exchange upon receipt of your order. You should ship the items within 7 days of receiving the waybill.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags intact.
- IMPORTANT! Elleme only accepts returns shipped with the return labels provided by our customer service team.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customercare@elleme.com and provide your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer service specialists can also assist you with any exchanges, and the price difference will be handled accordingly.
- Please kindly note that our products are covered by a one-year warranty, which begins upon delivery.
