OUR POLICY

    • You have a 14-day window to request a refund or exchange upon receipt of your order. You should ship the items within 7 days of receiving the waybill.
    • The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags intact.
    • IMPORTANT! Elleme only accepts returns shipped with the return labels provided by our customer service team.
    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customercare@elleme.com and provide your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer service specialists can also assist you with any exchanges, and the price difference will be handled accordingly.
    • Please kindly note that our products are covered by a one-year warranty, which begins upon delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Elleme offers the option to return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • If you choose to initiate a return, a deduction for the return postage cost will be applied to your refund, based on your location and the number of bags returned.
  • The items must be in pristine condition, with all original tags attached, just like they were shipped out, for the return to be accepted.

Return shipping cost standard (per bag):


Europe (UK, Norway and Switzerland included) - 15 € per bag
Asia, Middle East & North America – 20 € per bag
Africa, Oceania & South America – 25 € per bag

Important: If you decide to keep any of the items from your order, the return shipping fee will be waived entirely. The fee applies only if all items from the order are returned.

If your location is not mentioned above, our Customer Care team can assist you by providing the return shipping fee. Simply get in touch with them at customercare@elleme.com.

REFUNDS

  • The refund process will take up to 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • If you decide to initiate a return, please be aware that a deduction for the return postage cost based on your location will be applied to your refund. For a detailed guide on how to return or exchange an item, please refer to our FAQ section.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at customercare@elleme.com so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
